In today’s changing financial market, the wave of an economic downturn, has presented several challenges forthe modern-day businessman. With the diminished presence of Black men in corporate and private foundingpositions, it is imperative to groom new leaders. As the technological horizon broadens, the opportunity forgrowth through entrepreneurship, networking, and skills development is fostered for the development andexecution of an effective and self-sustained community. This Residential Academic Program will emphasize:

  • ‍Connecting academic work across disciplines with career aspirations and interest
  • ‍Providing an avenue for building an entrepreneurial student network
  • Fostering growth for student business ventures through programming, shadowing and career seminars
  • Increasing business acumen through student development
